This bus is governed at 55 instead of 40, and the transmission is also set to the default shifting mode. How fun!

So. Having experienced driving with the ZF Ecolife transmissions, I can definitely say I'm not a fan of them. This one had some odd sound effects going on which while noisy, really lets one hear the odd shifting patterns these transmissions have. Not a fan, acceleration is slowed down as second gear gets shifted through in a hurry. It gets worse when there's a load.

The fastest this bus goes is 40 MPH, the majority of our local fleet is capped at this speed

It was the Q65 I recorded this on. The part with the extremely long first/second gear was the uphill climb on 164th right after turning left off Hillside. The light at the other end was also green
